What to do – what to do……….

Tried to sleep in a little bit this morning enjoying a rare 3rd day in a row ‘off‘…… since I went to bed earlier than usual though and my Bride was up early for her day at Blues and was already stumbling around – I was up fairly early too. That’s okay though — I do like the morning hours… always have [usually]….. it’s dark, calm, quiet [usually] and cooler……. So I sat and read some of the most frightening stuff I’ve read in a while in the Head Line News…… Jeez this planet is in a mess. I can’t sit here all smug thinking I’m in a better/nicer place…… we are setting records with the crimes happening in the past several weeks. Again, It is mostly ‘locals’ vs ‘locals’….. what these chumps on this island might call a gang…… almost laughable when you watch them……. my favorite are the ‘dudes’ driving a $50 dollar car with a $3000 stereo system in it….. but it’s funny to watch them and I just laugh as they go by……. I do however, still want the ability to point at an automobile and completely ‘fry’ it’s electrical system….. hehehehehe………

I offered to cook my Queen a couple of eggs for breakfast, but she said no……. trying to convince me that pi$$y a$$ bowl of cereal she claims to have at work is ‘plenty’…… but, she’s older than I am and should be able to take care of herself…. I don’t think so – but I guess I will have to wait until she collapses, then I can tend to her…… hard headed old fart……… She eventually gathered up her stuff and was gone. I made me a righteous breakfast… 3 eggs, a chunk of turkey sausage, a biscuit with butter and honey, a small OJ and a small glass of milk. That’s a breakfast to power you through the day~!!! I munched a little bitty bit to stave off little hunger pangs [usually pushed out with a cigarette – DAMMIT Emmit~!] Next door neighbor came over to borrow my truck for a bit – and I spent the day piddling…… but I tell you what…. (That’s a full sentence in the south) I got a SHI… boat load of things accomplished…. small, mind numbing little things that I didn’t want to deal with – but today was the perfect day to “Get ‘Er Done~!’ and by golly – I done it. About 3:00, finally settled back in at the table with my laptop and waited to hear from my Queen. She finally pinged and said she was headed home. She finally pulled in. I had a drink waiting on her and here we sit….. I am a bit ‘perturbed‘ with her as she came in soaked in sweat and shaking like a leaf. She is supposed to be working in an air conditioned trailer ALL day….. she finally confessed she had moved out to the trailer where the stoves are (and ridiculously hot) “but just for a little bit”……… I keep trying to tell her what that is doing to her (and me having to watch it) but at this juncture.. she apparently doesn’t care…… so what to do….. what to do…….

I resume diving tomorrow as I feel like my jaw has healed up enough now to ‘take it’. If it doesn’t – I’ll sit out the second dive. I also have a “Wine Pairing” cruise to shoot tomorrow afternoon/evening. There are some ‘technicalities‘ that may prevent me from doing it – so it’s gonna have to be a wait and see kind of thing….. maybe some more details on it tomorrow……

Good Night Ya’ll > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Thankx for stopping in~!

Born in Germany as an Army brat - I moved permanently to the United States about the time I was ready to start school - Dad put to me to work when I turned 13 tearing off roofs and packing shingles.. I did that, DE tasseled corn and bucked hay all the way through high school. After graduation, moved down South for a year or so trying to figure what I wanted to do. Finally came home and joined the Air Force serving almost 5 years - which included a 3 year tour in Germany, where I met my Queen. Came home and started working as a roofer. Economy went to crap and I knew I would not be able to support my growing family the way I wanted to, so I pestered the HR department at General Electric until they hired me. A very quick almost 34 years, 4 Daughters and 9 Grandkids later - here I am .... waiting as patiently as I can, to start the next chapter of our life - romping around in the Caribbean Sea checking out the various islands that we have not been to yet. Holy $hit what a ride~!!!! ;-)
