Out West

Up early to ready for my day……. belly continues to plague me, but feel better I’m having states side doctors take a peek at it when we come back. I did make me a breakfast after I fed my Bride. She was up early to get some work done on her car. Had my short commute of about 4 minutes, so I got to hang out a bit before leaving our humble little abode. Small crowd on the boat today – 5 people. Same 3 guys from the previous couple of days and a new couple. Father and Daughter I believe. The 3 guys are all a fun bunch and good solid divers. Dad and Daughter were fairly new and required a little tending to. First dive site was my very favorite dive site (Armageddon), but a tiny current, horrible visibility and tending to new divers really took a lot away from it. Mostly the viz— nasty, nasty although I did manage a couple of savable shots. We did some hunting and exploring and finally found a dive site (for the second dive) that had much better viz and I made up on pictures. Back out to the North shore tomorrow for what will probably be my last two dives of this week. Nothing scheduled [in the water] for Thursday, so I’ll probably mow, since I didn’t get it done this weekend. Friday is a “staff retreat” day. That should be interesting. Pictures are up and I am planning on attending our local dive club meeting (that I am now [[happily]] no longer a board member of). I have convinced my Queen to come with me for a ‘dinner out’ while we get educated on Lion fish. I have decided I’m going to donate one of my glass plates (of a Lion fish) to the club as a door prize and if by chance, anybody that sees it, really likes it….. I will just happen to have some out in my truck for sale……  😉  However- I digress….. I’m putting this up early because we won’t be here later (at the meeting). So here ya go…….

Good Night Y’all # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # Thankx for stopping in~!

Born in Germany as an Army brat - I moved permanently to the United States about the time I was ready to start school - Dad put to me to work when I turned 13 tearing off roofs and packing shingles.. I did that, DE tasseled corn and bucked hay all the way through high school. After graduation, moved down South for a year or so trying to figure what I wanted to do. Finally came home and joined the Air Force serving almost 5 years - which included a 3 year tour in Germany, where I met my Queen. Came home and started working as a roofer. Economy went to crap and I knew I would not be able to support my growing family the way I wanted to, so I pestered the HR department at General Electric until they hired me. A very quick almost 34 years, 4 Daughters and 9 Grandkids later - here I am .... waiting as patiently as I can, to start the next chapter of our life - romping around in the Caribbean Sea checking out the various islands that we have not been to yet. Holy $hit what a ride~!!!! ;-)
