Quite the day………..

Up a little extra early this morning because I had to give a ride to one of our guest and I had to leave early enough to stop and pick them up. Got to the boat, loaded and away we went. I was invited by a friend on the boat to join him on the first part of the dive to a location other than where everybody else was going. This particular dive site has an awesome shelf that is just ‘a little deeper‘ than recreational established standards…….. but I opted to skip out on taking pictures of our guests for a little bit and join in on that part of the dive. I forgot just how awesome that part of that dive site is. The water is considerably cooler ‘down there’…. awesome, awesome, awesome……… we finally rejoined the group and I resumed my photographic duties……. Other than that little detour, nothing real spectacular, but some beautiful scenery.

Back at the house, showered, editing pictures, my boss stopped by to look at some of the pictures I want to sell. She is going to put some in her shop and took a small box full with her.  It doesn’t sound like much, but for the ensuing hour and a half, I had 4 or 5 text messages going along with several FB messenger messages going all while trying to edit and post pictures….. made for quite a hectic afternoon. My Queen finally came rolling in. She is now sitting here talking with Jeni and my Cutie Patootie (Kinsley). I stopped long enough to listen to my Cutie Patootie chatter a little bit before she got bored with me and ran off….. it is great listening to the rest of the conversation though…… me and my Honey bear just discussed the need to wear out the new Taco Bell in Mt. Vernon while I’m there plus an assorted other bunch of places that sell bad for your health stuff to eat. << Insert: It’s been an hour and a half since that last line… neighbors have been over and just now back to their place>>

I have lost all train of thought and I’m starving….. so I’m gonna go make us something to eat….. I’m shooting a bunch of students tomorrow at the Boss’s request….. should be an interesting morning…….

Good Night Y’all………………………Thankx for stopping in~!

Born in Germany as an Army brat - I moved permanently to the United States about the time I was ready to start school - Dad put to me to work when I turned 13 tearing off roofs and packing shingles.. I did that, DE tasseled corn and bucked hay all the way through high school. After graduation, moved down South for a year or so trying to figure what I wanted to do. Finally came home and joined the Air Force serving almost 5 years - which included a 3 year tour in Germany, where I met my Queen. Came home and started working as a roofer. Economy went to crap and I knew I would not be able to support my growing family the way I wanted to, so I pestered the HR department at General Electric until they hired me. A very quick almost 34 years, 4 Daughters and 9 Grandkids later - here I am .... waiting as patiently as I can, to start the next chapter of our life - romping around in the Caribbean Sea checking out the various islands that we have not been to yet. Holy $hit what a ride~!!!! ;-)
