A new work week……

My Bride crashed early on me last night after a hearty afternoon of pounding alcohol….. I came out of a early evening shower, to find she had moseyed (sounds better than staggered) on into bed and collapsed. I suspected it was coming, so I had went in and closed the room up and fired up ye olde A/C so she would have cool snoozin’……… I was far from bed – so I sat and watched some videos on line…… fun stuff about short take off and landings with airplanes, boat fails caught on video…….. you know – educational kinda stuff. I made it until about 9:00 and finally gave up. Knowing I had to get up early for ‘work‘ this morning. I apparently had a much better night sleep than my Bride – even though my night was fraught with Steven King quality Chantix induced dreams…….. I guess a ‘hectic’ night for both of us. I rolled out around 05:30 this morning to commence my day and get all bath room related things out of the way [hopefully]…. a quiet morning as I sat and read all the news that is news….. if you can call it that…… jeez what a mess. Getting to the point I don’t want to know any more…… I will apparently, however, have to rebuild my armory when we get back to the mainland…… if it’s not too late. We have our own little wars going on here – but it’s local’s killing locals… and while I don’t abide by it – as long as they keep it amongst themselves – knock your selves out~!!  😉

Another day out on the boat [morning out on the boat]……….. hit with some F**ked up kinda news when I got there. Apparently we had a ‘Karen‘ whining about mask usage….. and the owners [bless their hearts] in an effort to stay in business, decreed that masks will be worn anytime the boat is in port. Guess COVID doesn’t travel well over water…… what a pain in the touchas…… Now, I will be the first to tell you – I don’t believe “the boss is always right”…… I do however, believe the boss is always the boss…… so the rest of the crew and I are complying……I reiterate – what a pain in the touchas~!! Both dives were alright…… we got rained on a lot, but when you come up from being underwater for an hour – a little rain shower really doesn’t bother you much. Neither dive was noteworthy….. but always enjoyable swimming around looking at all the fun stuff down there. I was swimming in ‘Dive Master’ mode for these two dives…. but also managed some fun shots. Looks like I’ll be diving all week….. dammit emmit…..   😉

I actually had [semi] direct communication from our damn neighbors last night….. course – it was the middle of the night when they replied… but I’ll take it. Guess we may have to go our separate ways here soon….. as the Damn Neighbors are now apparently becoming domesticated….. getting dogs, painting ceilings and what not…… sheeesh……. not sure we’re gonna be worthy anymore………   😉

Good Night Ya’ll + + + + + + + + + + + + Thankx for stopping in~!

Born in Germany as an Army brat - I moved permanently to the United States about the time I was ready to start school - Dad put to me to work when I turned 13 tearing off roofs and packing shingles.. I did that, DE tasseled corn and bucked hay all the way through high school. After graduation, moved down South for a year or so trying to figure what I wanted to do. Finally came home and joined the Air Force serving almost 5 years - which included a 3 year tour in Germany, where I met my Queen. Came home and started working as a roofer. Economy went to crap and I knew I would not be able to support my growing family the way I wanted to, so I pestered the HR department at General Electric until they hired me. A very quick almost 34 years, 4 Daughters and 9 Grandkids later - here I am .... waiting as patiently as I can, to start the next chapter of our life - romping around in the Caribbean Sea checking out the various islands that we have not been to yet. Holy $hit what a ride~!!!! ;-)
