Add a title…. Hmmmm…. nope ?

Up late later last night than expected…. we got wrapped up in the newest season of Heartland and all the drama that is going on now with Ty and Amy having their baby after Ty damn near died…… that and my Queen was dealing with some really unexpected GI issues….. so late to bed, but up at a pretty normal time and thankfully my Queen feeling a smidge bit better. We spent a pretty typical morning up until breakfast and a little bit more Homeland, before I settled down behind my laptop and spent the next 4+ hours or so getting my books caught up for the Fish With A Vet organization. A mind numbing pain in the a$$ detail – but it has to be done and I signed up for it….. so I sat and knocked it out.

A few more episodes [and a new season already] of Heartland and by then the shadows had reached out far enough, for the next several smoke breaks….. I wandered out with clippers and a rake and worked on my landscaping. It is coming along nicely and my Bride is happier with it as I go~ She finally made us another nice dinner of Chicken Cordon Bleu with rice and corn. Some kind of gravy or stew over the rice would have put it ‘over the top’….. but still very, very tasty. Now a word or two for you all and some more pictures….. Gonna take laundry out tomorrow, plus take care of some banking business for Fish With A Vet and probably stopping by to check in on DD and see if there is any progress being made there. Will try and snap a new picture or two as I go. Speaking of which….. the Christmas Winds are officially here along with a beautiful full moon. Standing out on our patio now at night….. we actually get a bit ‘chilly’ as temps dip down into the upper 70°’s….. [aweee – right ?] A gorgeous cool breeze now with ZERO humidity…. Ahhhh – life is good. Some pic’s from today and some more dive pictures…….

Born in Germany as an Army brat - I moved permanently to the United States about the time I was ready to start school - Dad put to me to work when I turned 13 tearing off roofs and packing shingles.. I did that, DE tasseled corn and bucked hay all the way through high school. After graduation, moved down South for a year or so trying to figure what I wanted to do. Finally came home and joined the Air Force serving almost 5 years - which included a 3 year tour in Germany, where I met my Queen. Came home and started working as a roofer. Economy went to crap and I knew I would not be able to support my growing family the way I wanted to, so I pestered the HR department at General Electric until they hired me. A very quick almost 34 years, 4 Daughters and 9 Grandkids later - here I am .... waiting as patiently as I can, to start the next chapter of our life - romping around in the Caribbean Sea checking out the various islands that we have not been to yet. Holy $hit what a ride~!!!! ;-)
