Outta here…… another month…..gone~!

Greetings and salutations Y’all………. Shortly after I posted last night, I got a ping from the Dive Shop with the next days schedule on it. The once vacant slot for Monday morning now said ‘Private Charter’…… followed shortly after by a ping from the Dive Master on that load telling me about it. He wanted to know if I saw it and if I did I want on it….. Yes, I finally saw it….. yes- definitely put me on it.  Small group (6 divers) which is about the perfect size group for me. Easy to keep up with, easy to keep track of who I took pictures of – and this was an enjoyable group. Polite, engaging on the boat. Not real needy and mostly pretty decent divers. Can’t ask for a heckva lot more than that. They didn’t seem real receptive to the camera, but I think after they see today’s pictures they’ll be a little more inclined to strike a pose once in a while…… that is usually the case. I see where they are on the boat again Wednesday, so we’ll see if I’m right or not. As of this moment…. no boat tomorrow. A cruise ship is scheduled in but there is some pretty serious doubt whether they let it dock or not…….. you know, the whole COVID thing……. jeez what a joke…… You can do this, but not that – but only if…… gimme a break…… sorry…. I don’t really want to get into that mess in here. A small break and still no word from the shop—- If I don’t hear anything…. I will presume I have the day off to piddle…….. maybe even bottle-ass around a little bit. I have been itching to take my new camera down to the beach and experiment with it. If nothing else, I need to spend some time with the manual so I can make a presentable showing at the photo shoot that the boss has planned. No not Angie…. the dive shop boss  😉   For now though….. I’ve already had my shower, dive pictures have been edited and posted….. and I’m about done with this….. so maybe an early evening for me…….  Got to get back to Ozark episodes~!

Good Night Y’all – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Thankx for stopping in~!

Born in Germany as an Army brat - I moved permanently to the United States about the time I was ready to start school - Dad put to me to work when I turned 13 tearing off roofs and packing shingles.. I did that, DE tasseled corn and bucked hay all the way through high school. After graduation, moved down South for a year or so trying to figure what I wanted to do. Finally came home and joined the Air Force serving almost 5 years - which included a 3 year tour in Germany, where I met my Queen. Came home and started working as a roofer. Economy went to crap and I knew I would not be able to support my growing family the way I wanted to, so I pestered the HR department at General Electric until they hired me. A very quick almost 34 years, 4 Daughters and 9 Grandkids later - here I am .... waiting as patiently as I can, to start the next chapter of our life - romping around in the Caribbean Sea checking out the various islands that we have not been to yet. Holy $hit what a ride~!!!! ;-)
