Diving and pictures~~

I forgot to mention the night before last – that I was shooting a Wine Cruise hosted by the Dive Shop last night and it was waaaaay to late, trying to get anything done on line was futile. A shower and bed [yes – I did have a couple of drinks too] before forcing my tired old nash out of bed to go diving this morning. So – that’s why there was no bloggin‘ or FB from me last night……. The group on the boat today was a very small group – not good for the dive shop – but I love all the room I get on the boat….. and 4 people to chase and get pictures of is a hellva lot easier to get than 12 people…. plus it gives me time for coral shots and experimenting with lights and camera settings…… my kind of diving~!! Came home, got my gear rinsed and had just enough time to get my dive pictures uploaded before I went into town to get my ears lowered. I was in bad need of a haircut….. let me rephrase that — I was in serious bad need of a haircut….. serious~! Because getting in to the one guy on the island that I trust to cut my hair, is a deluxe pain in the touchas – I just haven’t got in to him and I was looking shaggy~!  Island Daughter Cynthia volunteered to cut it for me and I jumped at the chance. She cut Shawn’s hair and it looked pretty decent – and even though an Air Force haircut may be a tad classier than a Jarhead haircut…. but they’re close enough, I was going for it. A quick 15-20 minutes and she was done…… and did a damn fine job considering it was only her second hair cut…… Ya gotta love what you can learn with You Tube video’s~~~  😉 I came back and spent the next 3 hours editing Wine Cruise and today’s diving pictures while my Bride worked late at Blues again today.

Me and my Queen are both working at Blues tomorrow – helping them with a fund raiser for the local island animals…… Not sure what time we’ll get back here tomorrow – – so there might not be a blog tomorrow……….

Good Night Ya’ll – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Thankx for stopping in~!

Born in Germany as an Army brat - I moved permanently to the United States about the time I was ready to start school - Dad put to me to work when I turned 13 tearing off roofs and packing shingles.. I did that, DE tasseled corn and bucked hay all the way through high school. After graduation, moved down South for a year or so trying to figure what I wanted to do. Finally came home and joined the Air Force serving almost 5 years - which included a 3 year tour in Germany, where I met my Queen. Came home and started working as a roofer. Economy went to crap and I knew I would not be able to support my growing family the way I wanted to, so I pestered the HR department at General Electric until they hired me. A very quick almost 34 years, 4 Daughters and 9 Grandkids later - here I am .... waiting as patiently as I can, to start the next chapter of our life - romping around in the Caribbean Sea checking out the various islands that we have not been to yet. Holy $hit what a ride~!!!! ;-)
